Will Burgundy Magnus be downgraded if I dont maintain meeting the criteria?

My Magnus was updated to Burgundy Magnus as I was meeting the criteria in Oct 2023. But now the average balance in my account have been less than the criteria limit?
Just wanted to know will Axis downgrade the CC? Or what will they do?

How does one do this? And will I still have a RM?

Get it converted to Liberty Savings Account and enjoy 750 per quarter along with 0 AMB requirements

Process - You can try via netbanking, but very less chances. Best is to visit branch or tell your RM to change product code to SBLBR

RM - Yess or No also.

Axis recently have assigned RM to Liberty account holders also, but today while regular checks, I see am no longer assigned. Either available only for whom maintaining balance or they removed for everyone.

Yesterday, Axis downgraded my Burgundy salary to Priority Savings as their system falsely detected no salary credit since October 2023. However, I upgraded to Burgundy Salary in October and Salary has been credited every month. I have lodged a complaint with Axis to convert it back to Burgundy Salary.
So the learning here is 🪓 can do anything even after meeting the criteria then you can understand what they will do without meeting the criteria. 😎
