Will RBL BANK deduct refund from outstanding balance?

Currently I purchased a product from Amazon worth 12000 inr but it got cancelled by Amazon.

My current outstanding balance on RBL CREDIT CARD is 11,500 INR.

Today refund got credited back to my account & only Minimum amount got 0.00 inr but Total outstanding balance is still showing 11,500 and below that due date is also showing.


So my Question will i need to pay the amount 11,500 or it's will be adjusted will the refund received from Amazon of 12k ????

In this case

My current outstanding balance on RBL CREDIT CARD is 11,500 INR.

This one is for previous month statement then.
Coz if you spend after statement is generated, then that transaction would reflect in next statement.

Bro, if your statement date is 15 July only, how txn done on 16 July got counted in 15 July Statment whose due date is 4 Aug?😂

Most likely, your statement which will get generated on 15 Aug, in that statement it should get adjusted.

If it won't get adjusted for somehow, connect with RBL CC after the generation of Statment in Aug.
