If I continue on this page, will I get a CIBIL hit? I don't need a card, but this page was giving me an OTP error, so I complained to PNO, who said it had been fixed, so should I test it or leave it unless I need a card?

Until you select specific credit card and proceed ahead, no hit on cibil
