Won't we get bonus rewards when we use cobranded cards?

So I recently bought a gift voucher through payzapp gyftr through both my hdfc core card (moneyback) and co branded card (tata neu infinity).
I got bonus cashback in core card but it is not credited for the co branded card. Is this common? New to buying gift voucher in hdfc, can anyone clarify?

Only confusion is, it showed cashbank before buying, so i though will get the cashback regardless of which card it is. Seems we won't get 5% for neu cards :S

Hahah, you must have seen reward calculator 🫢.

But that isn't updated for Tata Neu cards. Works well for DC.
