I don't use Indian cards anymore, I use Wise, till that, I used to use ICICI Rubyx DC for ATM withdrawals... If you can, you can look for Revolut Card, they launched in this GFF. HSBC is free. Not very sure, but I heard amana bank, commercial bank are also free. If you go there, please confirm this.
