Hello, as the title says, I received damaged medicines from a famous online medicine delivery service. The same was immediately notified to them via chat support who told the resolution would be provided in 24 hours.
A few hours back they replied stating their partners had packaged the medicines properly and they basically denied taking responsibility for the said medicines and refused to replace or refund the amount for damaged pills. The medicine is quite expensive.
The payment was done through SBI Cashback Card. Would applying for chargeback under the category 'Goods/Services not matching with ordered' (or any other category) help in any way? Anything else that can be done apart from filing in consumer forum website?
