Wrong ICICI Credit card delivered and activation fees charged wrongly

I’ve been facing issue with the credit card that has been delivered to me. Below are the issues:

• Applied for ICICI Sapphiro but was delivered ICICI HP card
• I’ve not activated the card and have raised query against wrong card delivery but I’ve still been charged ₹560 activation fees with deadline as 26th August 2023

DM Twitter ICICI Team ASAP, and explain your issue.

Confirm whether the card applied was changed post approval.

If you have any SB relationship with ICICI, immediately contact the BM.
When did you receive the card? whom did you raise the issue with before? when did you raise the issue?

As @pprakash11 mentioned raise the issue with https://twitter.com/ICICIBank_Care?s=20 ask them to cancel the card...

It would be nice if you could give as many details as possible in the first post itself to give any expert to provide their advice...
