Xcite ultra to Zenith

SoggypastA

TF Premier
2 months back I decided to apply for a credit card through the AU Swipe Up program. To my surprise, the only card option available was the Xcite Ultra. Determined to get Zenith credit card, I sent numerous emails to the regular credit card customer care, as my employer is listed in their LTF list.
However, after hitting a dead end and realizing my efforts were in vain, I decided to accept my fate. I went through the process of completing the VKYC and eventually received the Xcite credit card.

Two months passed, and I wasn't entirely content with the Xcite credit card. I reached out to the customer care once more, this time contacting the PNO department. After explaining my situation and preferences on call, they took action and forwarded my request to relevant department. Much to my delight, they processed my request for a Zenith credit card.

My first Visa infinite card ✌️

Important update on AU Swipe up application -
1 year back I had applied for AU card using Swipe up platform and it got rejected because office verification failed - I was not in the office location.
Now their verification method have changed. They just send an OTP to office mail ID and you need to enter that. That's it.
I have got AU Xcite Ultra with 8L limit and I selected Rupay platform.

Hopefully the VKYC goes through successfully this time. I will update the status here when I get the card.

@hedgehog2122 Did you get the card last time since posting in this thread? How has been the experience?

[Update]: VKYC completed. Fingers crossed.

Yes, i got the card but the experience was near horrible. PV happened almost 3 times at my office and somehow escaped the rejection due to approval.

If the system is still same believe me it is not worth the hassle. Their pathetic customer service is based out of Jaipur and most of the guys cant even speak english.

People who were previously denied credit cards are now being offered credit cards after the recent devaluation. It's of no use now. Pathetic bank, pathetic service!
