Yes Bank Credit card Closure

I Applied Yes Bank credit card just for fun..

They offered basic ace card with 3lakh limit..

I was FYF card.. So later i thought I will Bargain for LTF.

WITH In a app I applied for closure and got following message.

Please update retention team called you or not and if called what they offered

got call and offered elite ltf, i agreed but can't see any card in app yet. Even existing card is in block status. Hopefully in 2 3 days I can see card

In YES , everything is late..

I put a request to close my yes preferred Cc as I was not using it. They offered ltf yes reserve. I will cross check if it's ltf once I receive it but the bank agent confirmed twice.

An update: Received the card in 5 working days and then email yes bank to check if it's ltf. They opened a ltf conversation request and confirmed back in around 10 days.
