Yes Bank credit card closure

I have Yes Bank select credit card with 88k limit which comes with joining fee of 399 + GST and I mail to Yes Bank team for upgrade to higher card but still not received any update, also I have mail him on 15th January.

According to joining fee of this card its reward points is useless also I have many other cards which provide better cash back like axis Ace, airtel, sbi cashback, pnb rupay select, kotak Myntra etc...

So should I have to close this card because they have denied to convert this card to lifetime free.

Yes select card wont be of much use. You can close it unless they give Yes Reserve card as retention.

Look for any retention offer, also they might close your card directly
