Flipkart saying payment declined by bank, after submitting card details and clicked on submit button.

No, i think there is some issue on acquirer bank side. Try after sometime and dnt use saved card, if already saved then delete the card and try.

This is my new card issued on 1st October, still no transaction working by this card, if I'm unable to successfully transfer their is no chance to save card.

This card isn't saved in any platform. Even Yes Bank customer service also worst ever .
Paisa bazar offer me this card ltf so I applied it, I will be closed if it's not working.

E-com transaction enabled ? Make sure your card is not deactivated.

Contact Yes bank higher level.
