Yes Bank Credit Limit Major Decrease

I have been holding Yes Reserv for some months now with a limit of about 1L. Today morning I received a message that my limit is revised to 25k. Is there any way to reverse this? This is the lowest limit I have on any card now and is very disappointing because I subscribed to the 3x point plan as well

Sadly there is not much you can do. However you can shoot a mail and ask for reason for limit decrease and request for restoration of limit but chances are low.
Were you not utilizing your CC more than 25k?

Sometimes I used the whole amount and sometimes barely any or none at all. I have many cards with much higher limits that i don’t use much but have never faced this before.

This is new norm now, banks like kotak rbl and yes bank will reduce limit whenever they find that it is underutilized
