Important update regarding the Lounge Access on your Credit Card

Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that effective 21st March 2024, we're revising the lounge access feature associated with your YES BANK Credit Card.

Here's how you can avail it now:

Spend INR 10,000 or more in a calendar quarter (21st Dec-20th Mar | 21stMar-20thJun | 21stJun-20thSept | 21stSep-20thDec) and you become eligible to access the complimentary lounge visits, in the next quarter.

Please note:

The number of complimentary lounge visits remain unchanged, subject to meeting the spends threshold (INR 10,000 or more in a calendar quarter)

This is a bad trend. (but Indians will misuse/abuse anything and wont make it last so expected) Also a great way to push for Premium cards which enjoy unlimited lounge access without any strings attched.

why are they keeping 21 as the cutoff date? why cant they just keep 30 or 1 (month end or month beginning. this is like more confusion to already existing confusions and disappointments.

I guess yes, because they have used only "lounge" everywhere and not mentioned domestic/international anywhere in the mail.

If you are asking lounge in India then yes, but if you are asking about using the PP associated with the card outside India then I am also having same question.

Yes bank has stopped PP service for the international lounge afair. We can directly use credit card.

10k spend requirement per quarter is only for availing domestic lounge facility and not international.

No minimum spends needed to get international lounge access.
