Yes Bank reserve transaction problem

Hi Guys,

3 days ago i received Lifetime free Yes Bank reserve credit card.
Today i activated it and was trying to add in Cred and Cheq but transaction was not going through nor i was getting any error.
It was freeze on the payment gateway page.

Please help me out

Not sure, but one guy recently posted same thing. He struggled quite a lot, even got his card replaced, but didn't work. Finally some pno officer resolved the issue.

Faced this issue since I got the card on April 2nd. Escalated and called many times but no one able to understand the issue. Then recently 2 days ago I tried just to see if it works or not and it worked.

Yes bank blocked my card and replace it with new one and problem was solved

Facing same issue. YES Bank says that as per their systems, everything is fine and online transactions are enabled on my YES CARD

But I cant do an ONLINE transaction on the YES Card.

I think I will just cancel my YES BANK CREDIT Card

It's a new card that's why. Will automatically start working soon. Complaints won't help at all.
