2) Amazon = 3,386 - No cancellation

But for more than 2K payments, like for large UPI spends (as in many cases retailers don't accept cards, but may have Rupay CC option enabled ), where no major card give rewards, if that is the case, this card will be pretty handy.

majority of retailers are now aware about mdr on rupay cc on upi above 2k...they keep it disabled....

Still many have it enabled, so good opportunity for some.

Only if someone confirms that this will be considered as offline txn for rewards on them.

I am eligible for this card and my RM has been pushing me to get it. If this is true, then I may actually go for it.

Yes it's the same shitty Rupay card which everyone is offering nowadays. I did not select yes for virtual rupay card to be generated and yet they had generated it, found a couple of offers of 100 - 150 cb on spends

Afaik for GV its 1:0.1 and for flights and hotels its 1:0.25

I am still planning to hold the card for another year, last year had redemeed 60K points for almost 14K Swiggy vouchers, and this year also on paying annual fees of 5900 would get 3K Amazon Pay voucher and loss of 2900 still seems an Okish deal, would definitely be able to recover it by booking those PVR/Inox HSBC Lounge tickets.

I am also having ICICI Sapphiro LTF issued recently, but given the amount of cards ICICI has distributed recently as part of the corporate program, I am pretty sure of BMS offer of 2 movies in a month upto 500 would either be gone or devalued soon enough(like IDFC First Wealth), so still in double minds to hold Yes Bank Marquee or not just for BOGO.

yes, still good card for forex . I have used this in thailand and will be using this in vietnam next week. wherever they accept card i shall use marqee or one card . for lounge also its easy use PP on app and scan 🙂
