Go with PNB Rupay Select credit or PNB Rupay Platinum credit card it has a annual fee but if you use atleast once in a quarter (UPI/POS/e-commerce), bank won't charge you renewal or annual fee

yes, it will work, there is already a new entry in the cibil for yes rupay with no limit shown for this account)

3rd month ongoing for me for the close one

on 2nd month of close, there is cibil update on rupay yes bank account with the limit you have in main card
Main card cibil account become close and shown in closed section
