What variant for yes first cards are better, unable to discern. Also there’s a slight misconception, I applied for the card in may, with the annual charge of 999. However when I called them, they told me your card is lifetime free. She also assured me that the line is recorded and you can ask the agent to go back and check in case charges are levied. So my yes first preferred is lifetime free.

How can i get my father YFE if his ITR is less than 20 lakhs?

Upgrade to YFP
Normally their criteria for YFE is 4 lakhs per month so I don't think it is possible for YFE, but you can request

I guess my father would be ok with YFP. Also, he is very far from 4 LPA so it may be not possible for YFE.

I mean normally while applying for the first time, the criteria is 4 lakhs per month but for upgrade either ITR of 20 lakhs of payslips of 3 lakhs/month should be good
