Yes reserv (paid) is due for renewal, suggestions?

My Yes Reserv (paid) is due for renewal, I am not using that card at all because of other better cards.
Credit Limit is 9.28L
Any suggestion on what better can be done? Should I cancel?

They will give paid Marquee but not agreeing for LTF Reserv.
