What I have seen so far is, it works on instant discount most of the time, even in sales. It only didn't work at the time of amazon great indian sale this year.

I had received 10% off in the first Amazon sale when the card was launched

After that did not get instant discount on both Amazon and Flopkart

Just checked flipkart for MOTOROLA g82 5G. Rs 1000 instant discount applied for my sbi cashback card.

As this is not a co branded card I am expecting that all instant discount offers will work on it in future. Other product feature like 5% cashback might be downgraded in future. Lets see what happens.
