For those getting creepy, uncomfortable, or irrelevant ads in the Chrome Android app, try the following:

Turn off "Ad topics," "Site-suggested ads," and "Ad measurement" in the Chrome Android app Settings under Privacy and security.

This solution worked for me.

I always put them off since they were introduced to chrome. Does not help.

Actually we can't do anything in this case... google decide which ad to show a specific user.

Ketto ads are blocked on TF

You can block selective ads I have seen desidime admin recently blocked ketto ads please do the needful else we have no choice except ad blocker don't want to do that
