Wasn't I supposed to earn 5% cash back on the transactions that were done which is around 350 CB?
Do note the earned 214 points are the points restored on request which were expired so I have not received any points for the transaction done.

It's a Millennia CC
Nice to see Slice started spreading the word out about their SB account. Underrated bank account at the moment.

Thanks again, Have you tried High Value transaction in the account, may be in single tranche or in batch.

No. I would never do that in the near future. I am slowly migrating a good amount of my savings to Slice account, though.

Basically, there are three category of users / accounts. High-risk, medium-risk and low-risk. High-risk users / accounts are supposed to do re-kyc every 2 years. Low-risk can do only once in 10 years.

Slowly increasing the value of the transactions is the safest way to keep any bank account without (temporary) freezing. Considering, this is my secondary account, I can not imagine doing a high value transaction in the near future.

Great thought, you are aligning Slice for your financial needs.
I have just redeemed lakme voucher from Rupay Select portal but it's mentioned that I can only redeem it for services and not for product.

Will it not work for product? It was working for my friend with same TNC in 2022.

Any recent experience
The only secret that remains a secret is about which u never knew it existed. (Philosophical)
HDFC upgraded the netbanking UI. Got the following banner, just after logged-in. Look nice for the eyes (not just the banner). :hehe:

The new netbanking login page (at https://now.hdfcbank.com/ ) asks for OTP (sent via mobile) upon each login. 🙁 So, I am sticking with old UI for now (and then go to new UI from there). Oh wait! I can't login via old login URL anymore. It redirects automatically to the new login URL. 🙁
