TF forcefully logged me out multiple times since 11 pm (Sept. 8). What's happening here?

on 31st july flipkart confimed and told that the refund for my cancel order has been sucessfully completed but i did not received the refund i also shared my card statement to them but still they were so confident that they told me to raise charge , so i raised charge back my credit card bank is sbi card , today after more than one month flipkart mailed me and said that the refund said on 31st july was completed but due to issues was reversed so they can not refund me to the source account they are asking alternate account details so that they can refund what to do my charge back dispute is still going on

I received a response and the warning points removed. I have decided not to delete my account.

If someone has a salary of 3 lacs/month credited to ICICI for say 3-4 months, will the system automatically show the EPM upgrade or will they still need to apply manually (since the bank keeps on saying this is "invite" only card)...
