Custom UPI inquiry!

My query is sort of basic..

I have a joint A/C with my wife at IDFC First Bank, with me as a primary account holder. The default UPI ID for this account is my phone no@idfcfirst. I wanted to know if there is an option for a custom UPI ID, say (first 5 digits of my phone no + first 5 digits of my wife's phone no)@idfcfirst. Such ID has a better recall value. If yes, then please guide me with the process.

You can't customise UPI ID/ VPA in IDFC. There's no such feature for customisation as of now.

You may request your wife to remember your mobile no...Only 5 more digits to remember.
