Is IDFC First Private Worth it? (Bank Account & CC)

They require minimum of 50L in demat holdings and 50L balance (Total 1 cr). One benefit is related to higher limit in First Rewards and it is good for high spenders.

Apart from that, has anyone subscribed to First Private and saw anything that catches an eye?

how much insurance policy / yr is he asking for, for Private?

i am yet to make the request. went for cashwithdrawal, he made it looks like some big favour already and was asking for policy any amount.. i think 1 lakh per year maybe ok. he may even agree for upgrade to private as already i am maintaining balance

now much of an use and would not mind if upgraded as i am maintaining good balance already. mine beinng NRI account, they are giving two airport pickup drop upto 50 kms also even my small town is eligible, wealth gives 1 per quarter.

i mailed them . got a mail that

yes ,and now as per them it is approved. only issue is I maynot maintain the balance for few months now. donno if I should consent or not. they have been calling me continuously for the consent. i see even if private banking status is not downgraded, I may not get the airport transfer option as it is linked to maintaining average balance. also with wealth atleast I am getting one per quarter...

Has anyone been able to make any use of the tab received along with the welcome kit? The sticker on it says that it can be used as a digital player by uploading videos but none of my devices are detecting it when connected!

nope i didn't thought it would be any use.

Yeah, appears so. They have stuck a sticker on the tab with instructions on how it can be used as a digital video player. However, step 2 on it (uploading videos) seems like a deadend now.
