Premium Credit Card as first Credit Card

Dear Technofino members, I am new to technofino community and requesting some help on applying for my first credit card. I have an annual CTC of over INT 50 lakhs and currently hold an Imperia account with HDFC Bank. I was planning to apply for premium credit card and reached out to my RM for the same, but haven't had a positive outcome for the last 3-4 months. Infact, I have noted that the RM is mostly unhelpful for any requests that I reach out to him for.

Hence I wanted to check with the community members, is there a possibility to have a premium credit card as my first credit card. I am also ok to move my salary account to another bank, which offers better services and provides a premium credit card, even for a fee (if reward points on joining and renewal cover the same).

Requesting for some guidance from the community members.

You can get infinia if net is 2.9 lac

Thanks @deep@vie .. For Infinia, he mentioned that I need to have a net of INR 5 Lakhs, which I know is not true, hence can't trust him.. Do you have any contact that I can reach out for to discuss and apply through that person.

Thanks @deep@vie .. For Infinia, he mentioned that I need to have a net of INR 5 Lakhs, which I know is not true, hence can't trust him.. Do you have any contact that I can reach out for to discuss and apply through that person.

@Zohaib sorry, limit recently revised to 5l for pvt Ltd and 3.5l for Govt sector.

I guess, it's hard to suggest card with just the info that the CTC is 50 Lakhs. If i had to give blanket answer I would suggest the below two combination:
1. HDFC Diners Club Black
2. Axis Atlas

If you are interested in just one then maybe: HDFC Regalia Gold

This means he is a true employee of HDFC.

Regarding Infinia, they will make you dance to get it. I don't understand why they do it. Anyone who wants an Infinia is spending 1-2 Lakhs minimum per month and that is business for them.

No you can’t. You need a net of 5 L now to get infinia

Rightly suggested. Currently Go with these cards as Amex not issuing new CC.. once you reached spending required for INFINIA on DCB , try to upgrade the same..
