Bill payment hua hai isiliye nai milega. Aur terms and conditions 1 january ko change hua tha. Uske baad maine revert nai Kiya tha

For the January month CB I emailed the grievance redressal and they said that the changes of T&Cs would be considered in effect from 1st January and then I raised it to PNO and got the same response that the T&Cs would be effective 1st January and I clearly asked them the reason of not following standard industry practice of informing the changes in T&C well before in advance instead they informed afterwards. How are they differentiating policies for every customer.

They should give CB to all or none why is it customer based.

I got the same answer when I email but when I raised complaint through app I got my cash back after 2 weeks and I have observe that if you email to Nodal Officer or principal noodle officer they reply comes from level 1 instead of Level 2 or level 3 it is mentioned in their reply email and level one people have no solution for this
 
Reply email me level 1 likha hua tha ya level 3 Kyunki Maine Jab Nodal Officer ko email kiya tha to reply email mein phone call ke bad level Van likha hua tha

Directly mail, quoting her name, she is aware of this Jan month cashback lafda, she helped me to get Jan cashback for myself and my wife's account,

You just need to send her the list of transaction done before new TnC if those are eligible then within a week she will confirm your CB,

Credit Card bill pay on SaveSage app using Kotak 811 Super DC - 0.59% charges but 5% cashback upto Rs500 cashback per month. Debit card charges: 0.59% , MCC - 7392 (SAVESAGE SOLUTIONS PRI...)

Note - Transaction under 1975 the charges are 0.59% beyond that it is 1.18%. Do multiple transaction of Rs1900. (1900x5 times + 500 = total 10k transaction).
