For Pioneer they asked for 10L cheque or 20L cheque for metal debit card. I gave 20L since they said u can withdraw it immediately.

I mostly got it for good savings interest rate and 0 forex debit card. But they slashed their rates recently So i withdrew my funds. Wont keep any funds there at their current rates.

Does the pioneer account still hold if we withdraw fully and not maintain required balance?

I opened Pioneer with 10L IP but withdrew all balance and it's still not downgraded since many months. Use it sometimes for movie bogo or bb 20%.

Afaik Indusind reviews the pioneer status very infrequently. So you may receive a mail in a year or two. What you can prolly do is transfer 10L for a month and then withdraw it again

Same thing I do quarterly with Indie Megastar also 😁. Put 50k for few minutes then withdraw. Other banks give better interest that's why.
