I want to retain my existing card and get a new reserve one, which RM said I can but Mumbai team is yet to get back. They said if I had the signature one then I can get the Reserve upgraded quickly.

I got pre-approved credit card in kotak zero balance account after 4-5 months I applied for 2nd card.

I can confirm it with the form number as well. I don't know how the hell ref no changed which I got in msg is different and when I took screen shot ref no is different but I confirmed the form number is matching correctly.

I don't know bro I just entered my CRN Number all details were fetched automatically. They did not asked for any documents it was processed

Yes they asked for phone number later it will ask for CRN number after you proceed
Mine was showing product details not stamped on lead.
