Saturday ko 1:10 AM and 01:15 AM pe transaction Kiya tha. Transaction Date har jagah 03-May-2025 hai to cashback milna chahiye na?

So, dekho tumne transaction 3 may ko kiya par axis me ek value date bhi hota hai aur uskke hisaab se tumhara transaction 2 may ko Hua Jo ki non weekend hai isliye cash back nhi Mila. To tumhe dekho simply mail karna hai transaction date axis ko aur amount with proof that the transaction date is 3 may not 2 may and you have done transaction after 12;00 am as per banking laws it should be 3 may.

Ye mere saath pahle Hua hai agar raat me transaction Karo 1 am ke aas paas to wo ek din pahle ka transaction Manta hai. Pata nhi kyu.

Used the toll free number to connect with a phone banking personnel, he wasn't able to resolve and instead suggested to go to the nearest branch !!

Strangely, MyMoney lists it under food category, but even that should be eligible, as other entries in the same category were considered for cashback.

Bro...amount has to be debited from savings account...either through upi, NetBanking or Debit card !!
So any txn using credit card is not eligible for cashback under this scheme!!

Check in money manager. If it falls under Food, Entertainment, Shopping or Travel category then you will definitely get the monthly cashback if spend on weekends, and also it will be eligible for 750 voucher if spend on any day.

I had Axis easy access account for last 6 months(will close it after 12 months are completed).. now I opened liberty account this month..

When I try to check transaction category in Money manager, only transactions from easy access are visible.. no option for liberty account

It will help liberty account holders too if they have Flipkart axis card earn ~10% back on Flipkart and higher on myntra
