Ofcourse you can set pinCard visible in mycards now. Got SMS of setting pin too. Safe to set before I get the card physically?

Write an email to CS and escalate till PNO if no resolution is provided
If you already have voucher you can redeem it. If not generated you may try via login & see if it allows to generate

I transferred to accor instead. But yeah if you're going to use it for flights or hotels through smartbuy doesn't make any difference.

I've generated and saved mine for future use too. Hopefully they work properly on the dcb smartbuy portal.
I received my card yesterday & not activated yet. Still not convinced for accor as I am not usually travelling for such properties or have no experience of the staycation. Need more inputs for going either for accor or just dcb conversion from rg for reward points

Finally DCB metal card appears in my cards tab. I didn’t escalated anywhere. I approached my BM , he told me he can get it approved for sure. Had to give last years ITR. However the CL remained the same 5L. How to increase it ? 😊
I sent the upgrade form, salary slip 2 months printout and bank statement 2 months - to convert Freedom to RG.
Sent 1 week back. No response yet 🙁

I have a Regalia LTF card with a ₹4.5 lakh limit. It’s been two years, but I haven’t received any upgrade offer for the DCB card. I only got an upgrade offer for the Business Power card, which I didn’t take. How can I get the DCB card? Should I apply for it through a card-to-card basis using my ICICI credit card, which has a ₹5 lakh limit?

1. Existing hdfc credit card shud have limit > 5L
2. Expenses on that card shud be more than 6 or 7L in last 6 months..
Or
Monthyl Salary > 2.5L
But they keep changing internal criteria and sometimes they say u need to fulfil aa 3 points.
I got a rejection mail saying that my Freedom card is less than 6 months old and they will consider for upgrade only after 6 months.
So I need to see only after December.
