I joined the IOB video KYC but no one showed up, what to do? should I reschedule kyc?

Such a bullshit bank. When i join for VKYC no one comes( doing same Last 5 Day's 30+min wait)
When i exit they spam in mail :
" Dear Sir/Madam, Our Onboarding officer has requested you to join a video call on link. Please join on schedule Date and Time 2025-09-11 16:00:00.0.-IOB"

I scheduled it the agent not came on scheduled time tf

Seems like a kyc issue at backend verification, vkyc agent might not have captured docs clearly.
Visit branch and do kyc

Ok, so I got to know the reason for freeze. After opening the account I requested for branch change. They have this weird rule that after requesting the account transfer you have to visit the new branch and do kyc again with a new document having address within 30 km of new branch.

Rekyc is fine but immediately freezing account is weird. At least they could have given a month time.

Upgrade page show two mastercard varients debit cards both show zero upgrade fee and zero annual fee . Does that mean they are LTF debit cards?

Weirdly, IOB net banking is not working on my wifi, but works on mobile data. Now I've applied for Rupay Classic DC and Rs 177 deducted. When can I give request for upgrade to RSDC? After card receiving, or when card is generated in the system ? @Ram1

Just confirming bcuz I recently got a RSDC from pnb and it only has yearly spa and healthcare, and only cult online pass (home sessions)

I would suggest just wait for 1-2 days and the agent will call u from their side and then fix a slot accordingly
