Credit Card Closure

Hey Fam!

Last month I closed my gemstone CCs, the CIBIL account of these CCs were closed on CIBIL.

Till June my limit was 2L, in July it got 4L.

Today I am seeing the CIBIL account got active again and with older limit ie 2L and score dropped by 10pts.

Is this CIBIL glitch?
