Error in SBI Credit Card Bill Payment

Yes both had the same number, it changed for both and now both cards bill being fetched, idk after how many days I can revert back to old number

I didn't call them but I mailed them including pno cshead and on X, got same reply use their URL to pay the bill

So i have sbi cashback cc from past 1.2years..
as usual i pay from 3 party area's for extra rp or cashbacks or cashpoints from debit cards to earn extra..(we all do that)
Recently i have applied sbi phonepe select cc..and it has been approved..
but from that time onwards..i cant pay my sbi cb cc bill from 3rd party sites / app
It either say's
1. incorrect mobile number
2. incorrect card number
3. mobile number not linked
4. Incorrect combination of customer parameters..

Apps or websites i have tried :
Mobikwik, Sbi Unipay, Paytm, Jio Finances, Amazon, Phonepe

Right now i am convinced no 3rd party site is supporting my cashback cc bill

Only inside sbi card app or sbi card website, just after logging in..i can pay from there..
Point is why 3rd party sites r not working?..

I have called customer care..as usual the fools said..ur phone number is already linked..u please pay via sbi card app only..its best bla bla..not from other sites or apps or portal..they asked me to mail there customer care so that there backend team checks it..

I am also facing the same issue with my 3 SBI Cards. All BBPS apps are unable to fetch the bill. I think SBI Card has f***d up their BBPS system as I didn't do anything with my registered mobile number and my card number is not changed or same.

@desiviru number to change nahi karunga mai but ab iska bhi ilaj RBI se karna hoga like I did with ICICI. As they will not help blaming third party app.

RBI ne jab cc bill payment ko securely BBPS ke through mandatory kiya hai to fir Bank use disable kaise kar sakta hai? Other unsecure payment methods like SBI card website jaha full card digits enter karna padega and UPI se payment me bhi complete 16 digits card number enter karna padega kyu use kare jab securely last 4 digits and mobile number se payment ho sakta hai.

Yahi reasons deke maine ICICI Bank ke against complaint kiya uska MD desk bhi third party bolke help karne se mna diya tha and I think mere RBI complaint ki wajah se ICICI ne UPI payment mode me complete 16 digits card number system ko hta ke sirf mobile number and card last 4 digits kar diya.

Ye banks apni manmani karenge and hum chup baithe?

30 din ka wait hi kyu karna ek baar deny kiya to ek reminder email bhej ke RBI me complaint kardo.

SBI Card ke incompetent support agents apne script se bahar nahi nikalenge so unpe 30 din tak time waste karne se koi fayda nahi hai.

Bro, although you/we enter last digits but system gets complete digits. Once while making payment somewhere when I went into logs (don't remember where) it shown up whole card number and I get to know about it. Even in SBI's Unipay once my receipt contained whole card number although I entered last only. When system fetches, whole card number is shared. Like by entering upi id system knows whole account number to give credit into. In bank system logs whole account number shows up.

So it is only for customer convenience. At backend system is getting all 16 digits. 🙂

Wo jab SBI UniPay billdesk se payment settle kar raha tab complete 16 digits number store kar raha tha SBI UniPay even invoice me Bina mask kiye complete card number show kar raha tha.

BBPS me switch hone ke baad sare cards ka last 4 digits hi show karta hai SBI Uni Pay invoice me.

Anyway Banks ye BBPS ko baar baar select customers ke liye break kyu kar rahe unhe kya BBPS se payment accept karne me takleef ho Rahi and customer care third party app ka bahana bna ke help nahi karega jabki ye RBI ka order hai.
