Move Transactions from one Axis Card to Another and close the former card

Hello,

I have an Axis FP Card with 1.5 L credit limit. I have 2-3 small amount EMIs on it. Recently, I got an offer to apply for Atlas and Magnus cards throught different sources. Both are approved.

Atlas CL was shared with Flipkart card, have asked them to upgrade the limit or I will cancel the card. Shared salary docs for upgrade limit, expecting answer in 1-2 days. Magnus the guy who is coordinating with me has said the card is approved, don't have any communication from Axis yet on the same.

Now the core query, if the limit is increased and I keep the atlas/magnus, can i ask Axis to move the EMIs to the new cards and close the FP card? Reason, too many cards with the same bank.

no. u cant. u have to for close with charges if u want to close fk. emi r transferred if same card is upgraded to other card.
