PhonePe wallet balance using SBI Cashback CC?

My electricity boards supports these wallets (No Amazon Pay Balance!). My question is can I exploit this wallets using SBI cashback cc to get 5% cashback? Like purchasing giftcards? Is it possible?

slight change along with pg too.
Now they r using phonepe pg.

yep, sometimes sbi does this, and tells to call a toll free number to fix this. Quite irritating.

Yeah, got a same blocking sms while making a trxn on stan, later got a call asking few details and cs guy un-blocked the card for use again.

Finally was able to buy the voucher of 2k now. Trxn went smoothly this time but guess what, Stan app shows voucher as pending and not showing pin/gv. Ugh!! Contacted stan but their support doesn't work on weekends. Wtf.

And this is after I have bought 4-5 1k phonepe gv's initially this month from same card.
