Is this first time of adding BoB biller? If yes then always add biller before 2 to 3 days of bill generation date. Then it will fetch bill in next 2 to 3 days after bill date.

Since the DC got expired last month, they sent me new Imperia platinum DC,
I used that DC for swiggy txn (Rs523) and got 27 RPs.
When I tried to redeem, it shows 227 and 27 separately and it is not allowing to reddem.

Is there any option to redeem the RPs from my expired ld HDFC Easyshop platinum DC?

Sadly they are gone now, forget them.

You can still try and beg to PNO, maybe they consider it.

My smartpay of ₹12,301 scheduled on Flipkart Axis CC using the Millenia debit card failed today. Due date is 03/10/2025.
Reason: card status/limit (In sms)
Reason: declined due to PBE10002-Invalid Credential. (In mail)

Same happened for ₹1,500 scheduled bill on Amazon Pay ICICI CC couple of days ago. It's due date is today so I paid manually.

I've reached out to customer support team, but it will take time. Meanwhile anyone else is facing this or have any work around to fix this?

My axis CC bill is due on oct 5 I have already added the card for smartpay before and I got the message from hdfc it will be payed 4 days before due date, but the bill is not payed yet

When will smartpay usually pay the bill ? And if failed can I expect a message?
