I've been using the SmartPay (autopay) for bill payments for more than 6 months.
As mentioned earlier, the due amount will be deducted around 6am and the bill will be paid around 9am on the next working day.
Scheduled date is NOT the date of bill payment. The bill will be paid on next working date from scheduled date. This is mentioned clearly in the email that we receive when the auto-pay is scheduled upon receiving the bill (this email is usually received within 5 working days after the bill generation).
