Flipkart axis bank credit card declined

I applied for Ltf FK axis bank credit card from axis bank website but as soon as I submitted it displayed application declined. It didn't even ask for any documents. My cibil is 775 , Experian 780. I have 2 credit card from icici bank one secured another unsecured. Age of secured credit card is 6 month. Unsecured was approved last month. What can be the reason?

Ask customer care for reason. As per RBI new rules, banks has to provide reason to customer.
