I've reached out. They don't have a clue about cancellation of 811 subscription. I raised an email request, however are you aware of the process to downgrade to regular zero balance 811 account?

Well, you had to explicitly say that you wanted to downgrade to a normal 811 account. There is no 811 subscription.

It's called the super program. You had to mention that you didn't want to continue with the super program, simple as that.

And no, brother, I have already milked ₹6000 cashback in a year and will be milking more in the future if lotak survives.

In just Rs 399, no card gives 5% without any hassles. I know there are so many exclusions but remember those are standard exclusions with almost all the cards now.Had people not misused cards, there wouldn’t be any such issues. I recently paid College fee and paid in a hospital and both are eligible for 5% cashback. All major credit card gives 0 for college fees payment.
