SBI CARD PHONE NUMBER ISSUE

Currently i am holding 4 sbi card on my name ; 3 primary and 1 add on card (here my mother is primary ) . i have been facing serious technical problems with my SBI Credit Card account after applying for this add-on card linked to my mother’s account. Since then, several linked services have stopped functioning properly.

Here’s what’s happening 👇
1️⃣ BBPS Payment Failure – Unable to fetch my credit card details using my registered mobile number and last 4 digits.
2️⃣ WhatsApp Banking Not Working – SBI Card’s WhatsApp service no longer recognises my registered number.
3️⃣ Login Issues – Can’t log in via mobile number & OTP, though username-password login still works.
4️⃣ OTP Functioning Normally – I continue to receive OTPs for transactions, which means the mobile number is still correctly linked on some level.

I have already mailed sbi nodal team , they replied “ We would like to inform you that as on date, your all three SBI cards are active for usage. It is probably due to a temporary link failure on your SBI card which could have been declined.” But nothing has been solved yet. They also asked me to write them , if my issue continues.

Did any one face this issue? Any solution?

I'm facing issue with BBPS since last 3 months !!
 
How many days are remaining for you to change the number?
Please confirm if it works.
Btw Did they report the new number in your cibil, Experian etc?
I chnged the number, paid the bill and changed it back to original, to see if bbps works, it did not.

Now to change the number back, there is 30 days cool off, will change it permanently to the other number. I dont see any change in cibil.

Do i need to change my primary card linked phone number or add on card phone number?
