Say I add 5 CC bills on autopay. Can I cancel bill payment on some after it is scheduled?
I want to do this in case total bill on multiple cards is more than 75k in a month.

I remember I did few month back that is stop the scheduled bill payment. Next month it got scheduled automatically and paid also.

Did anyone got Voucher and 5% cashback points for setting up Smartpay CC bill payment?.

I haven't got it after 90 days.But when i enquire, they said it won't apply for CC bill payments, but it never mentioned in any terms.

Right exactly same with me, they denied for credit cards. So I had removed all Auto bill payments

@Abhishek012 I had everything tied as mentioned in the post and payments description in bank sttmt are visible as mentioned in the post for all my CC bill payments for last few months, with easyshop platinum Debit card (mastecard variant), But i don't see cash back coming.

Cashpoints are to be redeemed. Check the Debit Card it will be there

Dear @panu24 @akm07 i am upgraded to new ui of hdfc smartpay but unable to find rescheduled biller option like old hdfc ui , is it possible to change date as before if we want to debit before 4 days of due date of cc bills.

Just now checked, still showing me "Change Scheduled Date" option as Coming Soon.
You need to choose the required Biller first then find the "Manage" button, click on it and you will find this option but it is not working.

Thanks for that, don't remember for last months, there were old cashback balances that i might have transferred. But payments for current month were auto paid on 29th/30th of Sep'25 and till date the cashback has not come, I know @Abhishek012 said wait for 15 days for it to reflect. Is it really coming that late for others too.

Last week points comes late but not this late. 3 - 5 days

It's not direct cashback credit to your savings account. Once bill gets auto paid, you will get cashpoints within 2 to 3 days or it may take longer time. Go to your debit card section check there cashpoints available for redemption to cashback. There is no redemption fee but you need points in multiples of 250 for redemption.

Dear @panu24 @akm07 /anyone please confirm recently last Friday i upgraded to new ui from hdfc, this smart pay need to reregister for every cc bill pay or automatically it will take older bills to new version, for scheduled bills till now none of them bill went to scheduled section bill already generated on day 10th oct of this months.

No need to re register.

For my HDFC EasyShop Platinum DC, I was earlier getting cashback but for the last two transactions done on 16th Sep and 23 Sep, I haven't received cachback yet. I have always manually scheduled the credit card bill payments. Never enabled SmartPay.

I am on the old app. Installed the new one but found the old one better so removed the new one.

Then how are you expecting to receive cashback?? Cashback is given for Smartpay enabled autopaid bills only even if you managed to change the bill pay date manually.

I prefer paying a bit early as soon as I am done checking the statement. I have never enabled SmartPay and always scheduled payments. Always got cashback except for these last two.

I checked again, but i see points in promotion reward points, not sure why they are given except for auto pay CC/ ATM withdrawal don't do any debit card transaction, but nothing appearing after even 14 days on redeemable reward points. Have other experience something similar.

Today axis Airtel auto payment status in hdfc record paid, but axis it is not credited after one hour normally credit in half an hour
