Need help regarding refund from candere as they are not processing it and hanging me on the call when i am calling the customer support
12779 was the amount on which I ordered the product on 29th Aug and the price got decreased after ordering it so i cancelled the previous order and placed another order of amount 11422 on 3rd of sept
After cancelling the order they credited the refund in wallet which should be in original payment mode(CC)
I questioned the support team they told me after delivery we will refund 1357 amount so there will be no problem for you.
After delivery i raised the request to refund the remaining amount to which they told me refund will be credited in 7 days and credited amount 857 i again raised the request and from then they are just tossing me here and there on calls and emails.
What can i do in this against candere?
