šŸ“¢ Announcement: Website Downtime Update

First of all, I’d like to sincerely apologize to all our members for the 34+ hours of downtime we recently experienced.

The issue was completely unexpected and quite strange. We had recently switched our hosting from KnownHost to Hostinger, and everything seemed fine until October 16, 2025, around 11 AM, when Hostinger’s server IP suddenly stopped connecting with our domain name.

Even after disabling the Cloudflare proxy, the issue persisted. We tried multiple fixes, but nothing worked. Since Hostinger offers unmanaged VPS hosting, their support team unfortunately didn’t provide any meaningful assistance. Despite repeated attempts to reach them and check for potential hardware issues, we couldn’t get any resolution.

We then tried to revert to KnownHost, but encountered connection errors and SSH issues there as well. Eventually, we decided to move to a completely new VPS provider. Because TechnoFino Community handles a massive amount of data, the migration and setup process took longer than expected.

Our team worked tirelessly through the night to complete the data transfer and configuration. As some of you may know, large data transfers can fail midway, and databases often require manual fixes after migration, both of which slowed us down further.
We’re now exploring better hosting solutions, preferably fully managed, to ensure this kind of extended downtime doesn’t happen again.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. šŸ™
