Have you checked yono app for reward points? It should be showing correct points.

It's due to system update. Don't worry, it will be back.

Check in yono. Rewards is showing less points for me too. But in yono I can see correct points.

netbanking me dekhe the mene, to bahar to sahi dikha raha tha, fir jese hi statement me jate hain to 4000 kam kar deta hai. sbi rewardz app me bhi kam dikha raha hai. wait and watch hi krna padega abhi to fir.

Yes it was there in the marquee (moving horizontal ticker) but removed now.

For that you need to right click and open in incognito mode in chrome browser.

Yes. In reward app it's reduced. In SBI yono it's correct but when I try to redeem from SBI yono, in redemption page it's showing the reduced amount. I thought it is some kind of glitch. But it's been like a week. No rectification.

Sbi has added new terms and conditions now. From October 1st all the points earned will be locked for a period of 30 days. After the 30-day lock-in period, these points will be eligible for redemption.

Ye shayad return period over ho jaye fir points dene vala kar diya system, kisi ne shayad bataya tha ki ye loop hole ka use krte hain log, they order and cancel the txn later on after utilising the points.
