A/C Opened via Branch !!
If yes, ask BH/RM to Look into.

sad to see prominent TF members asking to mail to PNO for such a small technical issue. There's an escalation matrix & everyone wants to jump the queue.
I’m aware there’s an escalation matrix, but due to the bank holidays, the branch team isn’t operational. The PNO team is currently the only channel that can forward the query to the concerned department for a faster resolution. Considering he received the card just 10 days ago, this doesn’t seem like a simple glitch. Also, since the account was opened online, the branch may not prioritize the issue. Taking all these factors into account, I suggested emailing the PNO.

Update : pno called today after multiple escalation email told they have fixed the issue but when I checked it is still not resolved. He said he will again check with his team..... it has been 12 days :person-facepalming:... I even try re issue getting same error.
