SBI Debit Card – Credit Card Bill Payment, No Reward Points Credited

Since 1st oct couple of changes have been made for SBI debit card rewards.
1) per lakh spends points will be credited only once per month and they will be credited within 90 days.

Official T&C says end of month, but it takes ages for them.

2) points credited on regular transactions* will be locked for 30 days and after that they will become eligible for redemption.
Got a mail for the same. Sorry if this has been cleared by other users before.

Only this point is new, rest is same as before.

It is there, you just don't see it. You will see it after 30 days of transaction date. Visit rewardz website, you will see everything with lock on it.

Never used PC. I wish they simplify such information in app also. In app they call "Unlocking soon" as "Upcoming Expiry".

You can also open sbi rewardz website in phone with desktop version. I tried it, and it worked flawlessly.

From the yono app when u click on redeem now, it opens rewards within app itself... At tge bottom right hand corner, click on My Account and it shows points...

Not sure but visa debit card charges some fee for payment where as Rupay does not.

Correct, mine's locked too which were of past 2-3 months.

Looks like wish has been fulfilled in new SBI Rewardz app update. Now every entry show unlocking date. Also available and unlocking points count in app.

Just that this month SBI getting late to credit normal reward points.
