All my reward points, nearly 12k, have vanished today!

Had around 8.5k points till last week which i was not able to use since 15th and now, all points are gone from account. Almost 50% of those points are more than a month old; have they stopped/reversed Bill payment points?

check in upcoming expiry are they showing? its due to new t&c don't panic

check in yono - reward points - transaction history, whether the points are credited.

Check in SBI rewardz app…you can see all ur reward points

Max redemption is 30% only? Need to pay remaining using by card? When did this happen?

Utility payments is the best way for redemption. No points cap.

NIL points in both apps as well as online.

For past 15 days, I was seeing points in rewardz app but not able to redeem and now even points are zero. Have to wait and watch.

What shows in history earned as well as redeem?

Have credit of points till 29th and then capping reached for 30th payment.

Total points shows as zero (Total Earned points 88k, Redeemed 76k but balance shoes ZERO)

You better check in SBI Rewards app -> Account -> Transaction History -> Upcoming Expiry. You can check there earned points with its expiry. Just that those points will be available for redemption after 30 days.

Thought it was from old but according to transaction history, have 11k points expiring in oct'27.

Hi all,
My query is not exactly related to SBI vitural debit card, but physical debit card (because both have same rewards now for bill payments)

I have used my SBI debit card on unipay, but the transaction failed. I paid 8 bills this month and out of that 3 payments failed. The total amount stuck is 1.5L and I am waiting for refund since last 1 week.

I wanted to know apart from unipay, which other platform can I use for bill payment using SBI debit card and without extra charges? Looking for a reliable platform/app. I have heard it works in paytm, but didn't try this time. Any suggestions please?

I got all three refunds now.
Done with Unipay forever.

always check 1st with small amount like 200 ...400... and later pay remaining amount in full

I have one query - Apart from MobiQuick and PhonePe are there any other apps where we can use the debit card for cc bill payments?
What about Paytm? Or any other trusted apps?
