Upgrade from HDFC Dinners Black to Infinia Metal

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for guidance on upgrading my HDFC Diners Club Black (PVC) credit card to the Infinia Metal card. Below are my details for reference:
  • Current Card: HDFC Diners Club Black (PVC)
  • Usage: Around ₹10L spent in the last 6 months
  • Credit Limit: ₹9.75L
  • Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹3.25L (after taxes)
  • Salary Credit Account: HDFC Bank (relationship of 12+ years)
  • Customer Segment: Imperia Banking

Given my spend pattern and profile, would I be eligible for an upgrade to Infinia Metal? I have tried reaching out to my RM and BM but both of them have not been helpful.

Any insights or tips from members who have successfully upgraded recently would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, better will be ask for branch manager to invite for infiniti banking and then you will get automatic invite for infinia credit card

You will qualify just by credit limit and spends alone. So you can proceed

I have tried connecting with RM and BM both in Pune and they have not been helpful citing that minimum salary needs to be at least 5L per month post taxes. I sent out an email to Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com, PriorityRedressal.CreditCards@hdfcbank.com, pnohdfcbank@hdfcbank.com around 15 days back. Got auto reponse from them with the case number but no response after that. I tried reaching out on the same email thread but no response.

Is there any other way to reach out to them?

What's the date mentioned on the email to get revert from them?

IN HDFC neither RM nor BM are helpful they are bunch of vampires behind your funds to get it invested in schemes of their own to meet their targets monthly. HDFC is known for their lies... to their customers... If you are HNI only then some help else even they face hurdles...... useless bunch in hdfc bank moment you go and ask what you want they will pitch for something which you do not want....
 
I had a preapproved offer for this - pls check netbanking, you may find it under upgrade requests. In those cases its almost instant to upgrade

I had same situation like you, i decided to move from HDFC now, enough is enough. Spent approx. 10 lakh in 4 months, got both quarter milestone benefit. went to international trip and card did not work at most location, cannot utilize GVP benefit due it. the DCBM card will be free for me for next 18 months but i had stopped using it now & i will close after 18 months. i started with 75k limit on my first card even after having an imperia salary account, currently its 5 lakh CL. i have to make partial payment mid moth to keep using it. even SBI gave me more CL on its CC than HDFC even though i have salary account with them.

Its just a bank with a good card not a ticket to heaven. the bank which does not respect my current situation i think its not worth it.

they are on the same path as of Nokia & intel in their peak. they forget to look around in the market & completely ignorant of what's available by others as offering.

Just got my DCBM upgraded to Infinia today. Email route to grievance and escalation to PNO didn't work but a push from RM did work. So end of the day looks like its the RM willingness to support in my case!

Can you share the criteria or what's the minimum he asked? my RM is useless. i will be shifting to HSBC premier account & CC in upcoming months.
