Hi Friends,

hp pay app load wallet via credit card which card is having zero charges kindly share your experience about the rewards/CB for this transactions.

FYI my holding cards are SC Manhattan, HDFC Regalia, IndusInd Legend and ICICI Apay as well as LTF Coral.

Guys update as of 6th july 2024:
Recently, ICICI has disable fuel transactions on their fastags. DYOR before loading bulk amt in ICICI tags

You need to login to ICICI etoll website using your fastag customer ID and password. It will show up fuel enabled yes or no in one of the tag detail menu options

My kyv is not getting approved
Its not failing also
Its stuck at pending approval for a very long time now
Anyway to contact them or something?

Also is there any way to enable without toll transaction?
Nearest toll is almost 80km away and again and again wasting 200(toll) and 500(fuel) in every 60days doesn't make any sense at all to save some 300-400 on fuel.
Seems like a loss making bet overall.

doesn't matter, both normal or max cost the same currently. Get max one and turn off auto renew.

This is for Fastag recharge I know...
But same applicable for Fuel Limit also ?

Never had balance above 5000
I guess there is no separate fuel limit
Hp pay app just shows the available balance and deduct from it

So I uploaded KYV documents on Sunday and it was approved on Monday…. Earlier it was rejected once since i uploaded the fastag photo from outside. They need photo from inside with tag ID visible

Called again today to enable fuel transactions… person took the request and gave me ticket number … I have ample toll transactions in last 45 days so hopefully it should get enabled. Lets see

Call customer care and wait. They'll at least take 10-15 minutes to connect. They might ask you to re upload some of the images.

i had amzn icici fastag, which isn't eligible for recharge/fuel coz tied to apay, so i moved to idfc. I also had annual pass on icici.

Its just been a week or so since i moved. Annual pass afaik is portable. I talked to NHAI and they said u can port annual pass to idfc but wait for icici to get closed first as when u move, it takes 10-25 days for old fastag to close.

when i moved btw before my idfc one was delivered (but it was generated, and i could recarharge), i still had icici one on my windshield and i had a trip to nearby next state. 8 toll in total (4 going, 4 coming back), fastag of icici wiuth annual pass worked fine. I was shocked of one thing though, 7 out of 8 toll free free under annual pass but for 1 toll they deducted money. Shocking thing is the toll they deducted money for is eligible for free pass under annual pass benefit + this same was the one i passed from 1 day back and it didn't charge then and the funny part is, they deducted money from my idfc fastag balance even though i had icici fastag on my windshield.

I didn't call/talk to nhai abt this incident as it was jusut 75 rs and not worth my time.

I loaded 4000 to ICICI fastag and then I got to know that I need Full KYC to get the Fuel enabled on the card. VKYC does not seem to work and ICICI Bank staff either have no idea or are not interested in solving this.

If I have to close the ICICI Fastag, will I get the Full refund including the security deposit or I should consume the balance and then get IDFC?

They do say u'll get refund but on safe side i say consume.

Need to have Full KYC for fuel enable request.(Now available in fastag portal)
Also, KYV must be done.
Mine too disabled, waiting for KYV approval and for Full KYC I will be visiting bank.(couldn't do online)

I can apply through the website for 500rs charges but i also have an option to apply fasttag through idfc app (i do a sa account), charges are 199, i wonder if anything is different in this

I think security deposit and max charges are not being taken as maybe you are already a customer

Icici has 2 versions amazon and own but idfc all same as far as I know
