For UPI, cashback from other merchants (1%) usually comes monthly.

The complaint is still pending; they are working on it this time.

If they wanted to deny it, they would’ve done it by now. They know there’s a problem, that’s why they’re taking time to update it in their credit card software.

well last month before the points are credited. statement was generated on 17 september no mention of 1% cb and yesterday too only got a text for 5% cb not 1%.

So, didn’t you receive cashback for your old card or the new one?

Text often don’t come through. If you want you can email HDFC and request detailed cashback information transaction-wise for last month.

Remember, cashback is credited monthly — not statement cycle date.

Same happened to me last month after complain on EMAIL they credited all missing cashbback on 1% category. So Just drop an Email to hdfc 😕

Great news - Another person updated here - Yesterday around 7 pm he sent mail to hdfc grievance mail id and today 6 pm he receive 5% cashback confirmation for ASSPL merchant name.

The normal customer support team couldn’t understand anything for so many days; they kept saying the credit was correct. But HDFC’s grievance email team confirmed within 24 hours that the ASSPL merchant name is eligible for 5%.

I also received the remaining cashback for the last month yesterday only. I mailed them on 4th Nov and they gave me a tat of 11th Nov but it got posted yesterday

But After Clicking to claim . There is no option of AMAZON PAY GV , only Amazon GV available .

It seems that they have credited 5% manually. Now I got both 5%+1%. Please note, I had informed about this issue to customer care agent on call and didn't sent any mail to HDFC. I was just following up with Amazon for permanent solution.

In a few months, it will start coming automatically.

Found one Amazon merchant UPI ID — "amazon@yapl" — got 1% cashback on it then filed a complaint and received 5% cashback. Hopefully, in the next month or two, this too will start coming automatically — just like the 5% cashback auto received on other Amazon UPI transactions.

Got , Details transaction wise statement today.
they will credit remaining missing cahpoints of 1% category.

Now, no more cashback on Wallet Loads other than Amazon, Earlier they used to give 1% cahback 🫩.

.But they are still giving 5% cashbback on Amazon Wallet loads 😁.

To which mail did you send the request for detailed cashback. I send the mail to grievance team and got a reply from escalation team that as per their policy they can't provide detailed transaction wise cashback.
